SBD in poloniex had been restrained for withdraw for two weeks, during this period of time, price in poloniex is usually 40% of price in Bittrex.
then few days before they allow you to withdraw, SBD in poloniex witnessed a typical first phase of collecting process with price going from 0.00028btc to 0.00036btc, then a period of washing off , then, guess what, withdarwing SBD was allowed again, the price soared to 0.0007btc since thats the price in BITTREX.
question: why would poloniex restrain withdrawing for two weeks? by whom?
why they allow you to withdraw right after the typical collecting finished?
who is manipulating here?
