SBT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello everyone who has been following along with SBT. I would like to inform you of the recent changes that have been implemented, thanks to our partner layer2labs.io. If you have joined the SBT Official Discord you would be hearing the latest news as it comes, apart from reading a post. I strongly suggest that you join the SBT Official Discord to keep up to date, the easiest possible way.
I digress. Now, back to a major SBT announcement.
Today, marks a very important day for SBT. Some of you might know that we have made some partners over the past few months. One of our partners... layer2labs.io has recently added auctions to their website. SBT has been accepted on layer2labs right around the name change from splinterlabs.io. If you are looking to spend some SBT, I have currently set up a few auctions that are ready for anyone to bid on. I have even been listing some for DEC and saw one of my legends (Corpse Fiend) go for just over 3000 DEC. Which is about half of the price of the market listing.
Here is a screenshot from the first few auctions. Remember... The auctions just started today. There will be many to come. Can you score some cards for under market value? I think you can.

I will do my best to redirect 1/3 of the winnings to the faucet of the website allowing new players to score some good deals or test their luck with the games available on layer2labs.io.
Another announcement that I would like to discuss, the SBT Official server will have a major change soon. I know I had discussed in the server that it would be happening around mid-August, but that did not happen. The reason is because the delays with the whitelisting via wax for the NFT that we are attempting to have whitelisted. Everything has been submitted to get whitelisted. All we are waiting on now, is a response as to if they will be or not.
Here is a preview of what the NFT's will look like. I will discuss how they will be used after the preview.
These tiers will work as a more direct approach for giveaways. These cards will be earned based on the staked amount of SBT that a person has staked. You only need to have that amount staked when asking inside of the server to be verified for the NFT. After whitelisting, people who earn these NFTs can them sell them through the WAX markets. The amount to be staked has been discussed but has not reached an agreement between core member until we know for certain that we will be whitelisted. Stay tuned for a later announcement or within the Discord server to stay up to date on the latest news.
