FALSE BELIEFS.
On one occasion, my father told me about an experience that had happened in his old job, when he was entrusted with the task of supervising some regiments within your jurisdiction.
Once he arrived at a certain detachment located in a mountainous area, he was able to observe a soldier who was guarding, in a small park or square in front of the central offices. This soldier walked from one end to the other, between
sidewalks Already in the administration offices, after the protocol of greetings, my father asked the military officer in charge about why guards were carried out in the square.

The response received was a "we do not know Lord"; so the task of investigating, in the minutes and other documents, the reason why the order of permanent surveillance had been given.
After almost a week of searching for paper by paper, book by book, the justification was found.
It turned out that 20 years ago, a temporary guard was ordered, because they had painted the pews of the square and wanted to take care that no person sat in them, so as not to get stained with painting…
This "provisional" order was transformed into a "tradition". Two decades went by, for someone to question why a soldier should stand guard from end to end in a square, without a profitable sense.
In this same way, many of the social beliefs that - supposedly - are pillars or columns where cultures are held, are false paradigms that have undermined the self-esteem of nations, peoples, families and individuals.
The lack of fullness in the life of the "modern" man, lies in the false beliefs that dwell in the social mind and that do not even it occurs to us to question them, or even to scrutinize them. These false beliefs are like deformed lenses with which we see things. Myopic eyes that are mentally programmed to not see beyond the lies or to perceive "what it looks like", but IT IS NOT.
And this means there are no changes; that the transformations do not happen, because we have reached a point where there is no minimum curiosity to see beyond and find the beautiful truths that are not hidden; but they bloom and show up under our noses.
It is enough to observe people walking and seeing their faces, to realize that there is no fullness, no joy, in most of the world where we live The very fact of observing shows us the reflection of tension, pressure, fear, anger, frustration, selfishness and the absence of sensitivity and service. Some people feel so unhappy, that they have come to believe that "life is like that", that "he wants heavenly that it costs him"; what "Better the known bad than the good to know"; that "I resign, I resign but I come"; that "worse is nothing"; that "love hurts" and so many false beliefs and, therefore, succumb to mediocre, average and decadent habits.
We are in a consumer world, in which "ideals of fulfillment" that are usually utopian, built with promises and illusory expectations, without a handle, like bottomless barrels, were "bought".
You are aware that this current world encourages us to acquire goods; to become owners of golden egg hens; or that a "miracle" gives us the "gift of Midas", so that everything we touch becomes precious gold.
But the reality is that many times we are bored, without a sense of life, without knowing where to go, without knowing what to do, to the point of not wanting to rise the next day, this being a wonderful gift from God.
One of the reasons why we do not achieve success is because we only focus on what we do NOT have; instead of enhancing our talents; and we spend it doing the same thing that we have always been doing, without modifying absolutely nothing of our behaviors (which are nothing more than the materialization of our beliefs) in each step of growth. When a person breaks the paradigms that tie him to an average life, he becomes a leader; simply because he wants to transmit to others what he has learned and teach new ways; that is, offer an inheritance, a legacy.
I believe that each one of us can change the world, performing transcendent acts that leave traces in the hearts of humanity.
I am convinced that many people want to do something to improve this world. However, what is important to be clear as water, is that happiness and success are lived day by day and are not in the future. Thinking that we will obtain the fullness only when the world changes, would be foolishness.
So:
When do we know that we are facing lies that prevent us from success?
Well, when we think that these beliefs are "true" and we do not exercise will to dig up and bring the truth to light.
We have stopped asking questions. We only look for answers. This ability to formulate permanent questions and make constant restatements is the basis that allows us to advance to higher levels.
False beliefs require detachment. When a space is empty, we must be aware of filling it with new mental guidelines or "new statements", before other lies occupy that place.
I wonder:
Could it be that our beautiful dreams are impossible to materialize?
Could it be that success and triumph in our lives are utopian?
Could it be that everything is a mystery that has not been revealed to us; or that has been revealed to very few privileged?
not, I do not believe it at all.
