Why I wrote about this alert?
Last night when i'm home, I saw my brother @melvinlumacad with @marlon82 quickly transfer their sbd to bittrex and try to sell them even in a low price. @marlon82 reach out to and I hear sad bad news on what happen to our new fellow steemians here in Lapu Lapu.

On September we have new fellow steemians from Lapu Lapu, Her vision and goal on this platform is to buy votes just to raise her SP for in the future she definitely benefiting it someday. But all of that goal are gone and goes to a nightmare. @carine1988 was Scam it feels so sad when you hear about your fellow steemians got scammed, Specially when that people are one of your member in your city/country.
Our first ever meet up at Lapu Lapu City last Sunday was very successful, because of what happen last evening I was so disappointed on what happened with @carine1988.

Awareness for scam like this
To prevent a scam like what @carine1988 experciencing right now, Don't click any link if you don't know the people who share it and please read it before you open it. Please be very private of using your account on steemit, because of the sbd and steem price right now a lot of scammer are trying to get in to your account.
I suggest you to use your posting key everytime you use or log-in your steemit account where ever you are.
Why do we need to use posting key?
posting key is the safest way to use your account anywhere, posting key is only for posting and comment and it will unable your transaction like transfer or selling your steem or sbd rather than active and your main password.
your main password and active can transact everything you had at your steemit account.
So I suggest to all of you to use your posting key
- How to get your posting key?
first go to your wallet on steemit and choose permission.
Then when you get inside to it, click the show private key to get your posting key.
@carine1988 let's find a way on how to recover your account, as long as you have your main password which are given by steemit, we can still get your account. now the problem is we need to engage at steemit family to have your new password cause I'm sure the scammer save's your password.
So sorry if I did not talk about this to our last meeting up,cause we don't have enough time.
