@sherlockholmes has uncovered an elaborate scam of the account @elena2017.
If you remember, this account painted my portrait. Well, guess what? I just went to the real Elena Malva on Facebook and learned that she is NOT ON STEEMIT.

And I have been flagging this account, so my voting strength is wiped out. I couldn't reduce the $33 payout on this post by the scammer: https://steemit.com/art/@elena2017/6zafpk-good-morning-friends
So, please help me out in reducing the rewards to zero and also reducing the repuation.
This is really disgusting. As an artist myself, I find this completely intolerable. Artists have always been taken advantage of throughout history, and Steem was designed to help creatives earn rewards for their creative contributions.
I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SCAMMERS, IDENTITY THIEVES, SPAM AND PLAGIARISM.
I think it has gotten a bit out of control, so I will be focusing on this, working with people who have an investigative streak. Together, we can make Steemit good. If you're a scammer and reading this, just STOP. Your scam will be uncovered.

Get real people. This will not be tolerated. For fuck's sake. Taking advantage of an artist in Ukraine. I am very disappointed to learn the truth, and it's disgusting how this account used my name to create credibility...by drawing a portrait of me. You should be ashamed of yourself.
It's time to clean Steemit.
The best part of this is that @sherlockholmes has invited the real Elena to Steemit. As many of us have grown to like the artwork of this amazing person, she already has an audience. I will introduce her to the Steemit community when she arrives, and make sure that her scammer, @elena2017 is snuffed out.
