We need to all take a look in the telos worker proposal system, to od that get the Vessel inspired Greymas forked @sqrl wallet here https://sqrlwallet.io and get your free telos account, and get onto the Governance Tab and click on Worker Proposals and click the tab and select "All proposals" to see closed ones, and scroll down to the very first proposal and youll see Scatter was given the funds by Douglas Horn using a clever system of creating a telos wallet using the existing scatter eos wallet keys and pointing the recipient of the proposal to this wallet.

So if you use EOSIO and would like to support scatter, send EOS to "scatterfixes" on EOS and this will support scatter and their bounty funds.
Scatter also made a recent proposal on telos for 50,000 Telos AND released news about their OWN scatter worker proposal fund based on Donations and funding scatter fixes. We all need to realize that very boring history is being made here which should seem like business as usual by definition but its still important. If its done right no one will really know you did anything at all, but I need to raise awareness for why Scatter needs funding, why Steem needs scatter and why Telos is so cool for funding Scatter when Block One does not even though block one and EOS reap the lion's share of the rewards from Scatter just existing.
I have just sent 0.1 EOS to scatterfixes to donate to their fund as i use EOSIO a lot and telos especially and the scatter software benefits my work considerably and it is all free. Scatter didnt have to happen and we could all be stuck using other software but something about scatter is just so important. Steem may find its way onto scatter soon no matter if @ubg called the work for my bounty "Level 50 mafia Boss"
