The entire approach of Science to the question of God’s Existence has been to exclude His Existence as a possibility; it is no surprise that they have, therefore, reached the desired conclusion. Their whole aim is to be an alternative to religion, so of course they have found religion to be false.
Saying that Science disproves the existence of God is like saying that Marxism disproves the existence of markets.
