Reflection:
If you know your inner peace that is unbreakable even in hard times, then you will never ever be bothered by those imotional turmoils or those depressing matters that clouds your mind....
In being aware of inner you, there will never be any deprivation in satisfaction that is always felt in the mind when you feel hungry or when you are longing for your lover or when you are eager to finish a work for reward....
At the realm of true existence that you can feel in you if you understand the whole thing that is been going on since your birth, there would be nothing that can arise in that heart....all craving ceases at that point.....because that awareness itself is the satisfaction....
