1 . Purpose / 목적

• There are opinions that members of the sct community is excluded due to voting focused on the promoted posts.
  홍보글에 집중되는 보팅으로 인해 소외받는 스코판 커뮤니티 구성원이 발생한다는 의견이 있음.

• Contributing to the exploitation of various authors and improving the utilization rate of the sct community through the function of the "thumb up".
  따봉 기능을 통해 다양한 저자 발굴과 스팀 코인판 커뮤니티 이용률 향상에 기여.

2 . Function / 기능

• Only posts made by SCT
  SCT에서 작성한 포스팅에 대해서만 가능

• Only posts that are not paid out.
  Payout 이 되지 않은 포스팅에서만 가능

• At the bottom of the post, you can see the thumbs up button and the number that received.
  포스팅 화면의 하단에 따봉 버튼, 따봉 받은 개수 표시

• Select the amount of sct to send by the user who clicks the button (0.01 ~ 1 SCT) -> Min / Max value can be changed during operation.
  따봉 클릭 시 전송하고자 하는 토큰 비중 선택(0.01 ~ 1 SCT) 기능 -> 운영시 Min, Max 값 변경 가능

• Show list of thumb up accounts
  따봉 계정 리스트 표시

• Unable to withdraw, Self-thumb up impossible.
  따봉 취소 불가능, 셀따(셀프 따봉) 불가능

3 . Rewards /보상 방법

• Rewards are paid to the authors who have been received thumb up for a specified period of time.
  정해진 기간마다 따봉을 받은 저자에게 순위별로 보상이 지급

• Rewards will be set at 1-2% at the Benificiary Fund
  보상은 베네피셔리기금에서 1~2%중에서 설정 예정

4 . Plan / 개발 계획

• It was decided that @happyberrysboy and @honeybeerbear would develop it through the management meeting
  운영진 회의를 통해 @happyberrysboy와 @honeybeerbear 님이 개발하는 것으로 결정

• @uni.dev will post for development progress 1 to 2 times a week.
  주 1 ~ 2 회 @uni.dev 계정으로 개발 진척 사항을 포스팅할 예정

There are many concerns about SCT's promoted post.
SCT의 홍보글과 관련한 많은 우려의 목소리들이 있습니다.

The management team is trying to make sure that the SCT can navigate in the best possible direction.
운영진에서도 그 부분에 대해서 SCT가 최대한 좋은 방향으로 항해를 할 수 있도록 고심하고 있고 그 일환으로 따봉 프로젝트를 진행하게 되었습니다.
