One of my favorite books and podcasts is The Complete Privacy & Security Desk Reference. It really goes deep into going dark. Pre-paid cellphone plans, replaceable simcards, anonymous email redirects, and PO boxes. Lots of cool stuff. They really go deep into all of this stuff.
