The project developers' ideas were to create a universal cryptosystem, which is based on the neural consensus protocol for parallel high performance of heterogeneous nodes. What is this protocol?

My opinion.
The project will affect all existing cryptography and finally inspire mutual trust to all participants of cryptology.
