A balanced life is a lie.
The problem is that we are thinking of balancing our work life versus our personal life. There is a magical line (at 50:50?) that indicated that we have successfully intertwined our personal & work lives.
The problem is that when we need extraordinary success, we required focused time and attention. This may can puts us in a bad spots, because putting focused time on one thing means that we are taking off from another.
But we still do accomplish the ONE thing, and extraordinary results require focused attention and time. What we should do is not to try to balance but to COUNTERBALANCE.
Just remember: An extraordinary life is counterbalancing act & everything starts within you.
