If your doctor authorizes you to have sex during pregnancy, enjoy it! "In a normal pregnancy, there is no reason to abstain from having sex, whenever you want to have them and be comfortable," says gynecologist and obstetrician Lauren Streicher, MD, of Chicago, author of Love Sex Again.

A final comment on oral sex: it is fine to give and receive it during any trimester, but your partner should never blow or otherwise force air into your vagina, as in very rare cases it could cause a dangerous embolism (when an explosion of air blocks a blood vessel).
