Another villain monologue I enjoyed the hell out of doing? Oh hell yes! This was yet another monologue I performed during my graduation from the acting school, art of acting Schauspielschule Berlin. On top of that, Iago really grew on me as a character, and I know it's going to sound like such a pipe dream, but I would love to play this character on stage and screen. Enjoy this rendition of a classic monologue.
Also the aria snippet that I sing before I start my monologue is Quando le sere al placido, Rodolfo's aria from Verdi's Luisa Miller. I've been quite addicted to this aria as well mostly because it has a lot of gorgeous moments and it's quite lyrical and dramatic at the same time.
