You can login with scatter tomorrow when it launches on the EOS mainnet but you can use it right now to practice If you setup a jungle test net eos account with eos test net tokens (which shouldnt be worth anything but even bitcoin testnet coins ended up being worth money!! Even if its pretend bitcoin it still ends up with a value people will end up paying for on a market... things like bancor can help push prices down so much with extra supply maybe to help stop that problem with testnet coins but I think eos can have many testnets.
Anyway this eos rex is HUGE and will help create passive income from just holding eos and the rex token which I believe you buy and then sell back for your eos plus interest and I guess you keep doing that and if price of eos goes up you should still benefit as you keep the same amount of EOS and I believe the rex is said to create a bull rush on EOS as it will allow both developers to have cheap resources to use finally to create and run dapps, it will allow users to have cheaper transactions etc and so gamblers and gamers can gamble and game more and most importantly it allows investors just holding eos hoping it goes up, to earn extra eos in the mean time just by renting out the bandwidth or resource credits in their stakes eos and I believe this is how it works, you might have to actually sell your EOS to them but I'd rather keep it and delegate my EOS power, but it might have instead a rex token... and I use that instead and that token instead might go up in value as people invest in the very system itself but the value is supposed to come primarily from people renting out the bandwidth on the system through the rex tokens, and you get the eos back plus interest because that money made from renting your EOS power is given back to you like a steem.bid bot. Bit they are going to BURN the rex exchange profit so eos crypto currency supply goes down faster than block producers make more!
