If you have any stackable crypto you should stake it, even steempower with a 13 week powerdown makes it SAFE from hackers, and seperation of active and owner keys and posting keys with steem allow you to even recover a stolen account, and you need 1 week just to power down 1/13th of the total funds... Now eos has a 3 day staking period, allowing for an easier time getting your funds back in only 3 days after staking...but if you do get your active key stolen you can change your key with the separate owner key... steem also has stolen account recovery even I'd your owner key stolen and I believe eos will have not only stolen account recovery partners but lost account recovery partners time based for accounts inactive for certain amount of time.
