The truth of it is that I have very little to write about in this moment yet still I feel like writing, so I thought I would show you my nuts and somehow tie that in the 'shit post friday' thing we have on Whaleshares. It give us an excuse to write about anything we feel like without expecting it to change anyone's life.
Though it might. Because nuts are important ;)
This glorious collection of goodies was purchased today to re-stock our empty jars. Not just nuts but seeds and dried fruit too. They are not cheap but I consider them an essential part of our diet.
- Flax seed (blended in the daily smoothie)
- Chick peas (for making humus)
- Hazel nuts (for making Nutella)
- Brazil nuts (for snacks)
- Almonds (for snacks & salads)
- Cashews (for salads & snacks)
- Sunflower seeds (for salads & snacks)
- Pumpkin seeds (for salads & snacks)
- Red & yellow raisins (for salads & snacks)
- Dried papaya & pineapple chunks (for salads & snacks)
So, that's it.
To the point.
Some might call it shit.
It matters not.
It's done now.
