This is my first video for Steemit, I hope you enjoy it.
For the past two years i have been very sick with Chronic Pancreatitis, cause by a pre-cancerous Tumour in my Pancreas.
In june 2015 I had half of my Pancreas and all of my spleen removed before the Tumour turned real bad.
This Video was filmed purely to motivate myself after being stick in bed for a few days.
