PitBullion - I miss you too
I was excited when I saw @welshstacker share your coin challenges week by calling out some more hand-poor silver. I don't have a lot of hand poured silver in my collection but what I do have I think is some really nice stuff. I wanted to take a look at one of my other old favorite SGS members @pit-bullion.
one of the Great Silver Artists from Way back was @pit-bullion - I wish you would get back on here. I miss your content and pours. I still hope someday you come back to the platform, pour some more silver, and share your art. Hopefully by then I'm able to buy some more of your stuff and my collection can continue to grow. Let's take a look at why we all go for hand pores.
Hand Pours are all about those lines!!
I think the biggest reason and force are sought after sometimes is because they have infinitely more character than the rounds and coins that are minted. There's just no to hand poor pieces that are perfectly alike. The lines that are created from pouring the silver are simply mesmerizing at times. You can inflate this picture and take a look at some of the pieces individually but will get into more detail down the line.
Pitbullin had all the sizes
Entire Collection
This was all the stuff I could find that I had marked down as pit bullion silver. The only one not to photographed in better detail is he super long skinny 250 g bar. That's because it's basically impossible to shoot that piece with any sort of perspective or detail. The camera just really doesn't want to give it a good zoom towards shows anything. But one of the nice parts about to put bullion is he made silver pores of all sizes from tiny 1/10 buttons all the way up to four, five, ounces and 250 g bars.

Look at those lines. They don't stick out as much as some of the other ones in the group photos but when you get a little more detailed view you can see just how those lines start to pop and you can really get that depth in character.
Front of Sugar Skull
Back of Sugar Skull
This is another one that really highlights the artistry of a Android silver bar. I almost think you could do away with some of the designs on the front of a bar and simply go for the hand board lines being highlight and stamp in the other side.

Front of Star
The front of the star piece is so sweet. The mold for this was great as I love the sharp lines in a very clean look that it gives. Not to mention is able to stamp his logo and his name over the top of this will not losing much detail and actually giving the dog's face it's more character in depth.
Those lines don't look real. It looks like those lines should have all the gaps filled between them in between the star points. I really love these pieces.
Reverse of Star
Candy Dish Buttons
Call when I bought these pieces was to get myself some sort of little candy dish or whatnot to be able to fill up with these 1/10 2.25 Oz pieces where you can just sort of mindlessly pick them up and play with them and shuffle them between your hands as a fidget. I got these towards the end of his run and norfolio
I hope you enjoyed my handboard silver collection from pit bullion.
I have a few other hand cord bars from other artists, some of them not from the platform and much more widely known but I had the most particularly in a Vinny and I really liked some of these pieces of my favorites.
