Hello my dear friends, the truth is that I am very grateful to participate in this ''Spectrum Economics Challenge # 5'' promoted by my dear friend @spectrumecons whom I congratulate for this fabulous idea of getting involved in the economy that surrounds us, it is very interesting and the truth that made me think a bit to choose the right place to install my restaurant according to the different scenarios mentioned in this challenge.
The site chosen to install my restaurant would be in the '' D 'location, because this location? Well, I mainly notice that in this place there is a high transit of vehicles and people, besides being close to a police station, a sports stadium and a bus station. The transit of vehicles and people makes the likelihood of food sales in the restaurant is a little higher for such mobility in the area, in addition the sports stadium is a good place to call fans to enjoy their sports games so It increases the demand for restaurants in the area by indirectly increasing the number of visits to the restaurant. The police station influences people to feel more secure for what makes this site more visited. Another very important point is that near the restaurant there is a residential area of rapid growth, so that in that area in the future there may be even more transit of vehicles and people, because of the shopping mall and the bus station nearby, making the restaurant also increase the odds in sales, additional has a free parking nearby and it remains empty, so that customers can use it for their vehicles.
What I would sell in my restaurant would be fast food, such as: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, chicken to the basket, sandwiches, etc., would serve this type of food because of the area because it would be located in a place where There are many people who may be hurried to find a bus station nearby, because of the new sports stadium that is in front, since usually in the stadiums the food offered is fast food, and also mainly in the area only There are restaurants like the AN Alfred's Noddle Barque that only serves a variety of dishes with noodles, the JP (Jane's Pizzeria) that only offers pizzas and the FC (Food court in the mall) that sells Western and Asian dishes, so the Area does not have a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food would be very good, the products that I would buy to prepare it would be the best quality and healthiest. It would offer two types of atmosphere in the restaurant, outdoors and a closed atmosphere with air conditioning, with a friendly staff and experience in receiving customers, with seats and tables for both adults and children. The prices of the food would be average cost, enough to cover me the investment expenses of the food material, the services that must be paid as the payroll of employees and rent of the premises. It is always good to maintain the quality and with accessible prices to keep the customers satisfied.
Why I reject the other locations?
Site A: do not take it into account because mainly the place is not close to sites commonly visited by people, although there are people walking in this area but the largest person transit is at the other end of the high street, and Finally, because the rents are very high, so I would also serve very expensive dishes and maybe I will have very few sales.
Site B: I did not choose it mainly because it is on the Barn street and people do not come very close to this area, it is like a street alone and not very trafficked by cars which makes it little visible, although it is located in an area of shopping centers do not consider this location a good option.
Site C: do not take it into account because it is far from the center, that is, it is not close to other facilities in the city and on weekends it is not very walkable by vehicles and people, so a restaurant in this place would be very little visited. Although within all the options the rent is the lowest cost this would be an option but in the long term since it is an area in population growth and in the present would not be so beneficial.
