Yesterday, i came across a post by @modernpastor, where he asked whether "ONO will be a Steemit killer?". Many people shared their opinion mostly on the fact that ONO is built to look like FACEBOOK, unlike Steemit which seems like blogger site, some people said since its another project, it will come with different ideas and packages. Someone also gave an instance of Bitcoin , as a mother to other cryptocurrency, in that same manner, Steemit will have an advantage over others as an "early starter in the game".

To me, I believe ONO will be tackling alot of fault or if I could put it rightly, flaws we encounter on both Facebook and Steemit.
ONO will be solving the problem of decentralization, which Steemit has done already, but here, you would not have to step out the app, before you can chat or share stuffs with friends, and there's added advantage of being able to recover an hacked account, since its built on EOS.

There is also this nonexsistent of hierarchy found in steemit, where people with higher steem power will more power than the minnows, so they seems to live with fears, not to be downvoted. ONO promise a better life with equality, whether you are rich or not, the principle of *taking care of others seems awesome and every user has the same dignity and opportunity to become a part of the development of ONO.

What I do love most about this project are the brains behind this innovation, you can check their profiles here, they are all innovative and smart, its seems the know what they are doing. As EOS is built with developers in mind, its same with Ono, developers can customize an ONO Dapp and create unique products of their choice.

According to @claybon post here, he practically explained how Ono will be making their money. Unlike other cryptocurrency where their actual value comes from speculation and people being willing to hold the currency, like steem power in steemit. ONO is taking a really smart approach in this regard, where their financial tokens are going to come from advertisements, which facebook seems to utilize. But there seems to be a little problem here, the fear of users data being sold, due to the recent case Facebook is involved in, but its seems that would not be a problem, since its a decentralized platform, and you can choose whether or not an advertisement should be run on your blog.
