Requirements:
- A smart lightbulb
- A motion/vibration sensor
Step 1: Find a sensor that can detect movement in the room. Since the room is small and used only for working, I've used a vibration sensor for the chair. A motion sensor would be also okay.
Step 2: Create an automation rule to trigger lights when movement is detected.
Step 3: Start working on your chair and enjoy the auto-trigger of your lights:
