In a place like Nigeria, many people are teachers, not because they desire to become teachers but because they see it as one of the easiest job to get since there's no job opportunities and the worst part s that the Nigeria government doesn't help matter. You see them allocating only 2% of the budget to educational sector, when we all know education is the bedrock of any society. As a result of this low quality teachers, people have to take there children overseas for educational purposes, some go as far as watching old online tutorial video which unfortunately, they can't ask questions and get the reply at that moment. Even the online tutorial classes people partake of this days is too expensive for the general masses.
Imagine, if there was actually a platform created in SMT that is reliable, inexpensive and can right the wrongs to avoid dreadful and painstaking stress you pass through from terrible teachers just to learn Mathematics, English and Science in class.

Tammy is going to be a platform that will be built on the SMT for learning. The teacher will help educate students who are finding it difficult to learn a particular course and at the end of each lectures or tutorial, the student rates him. The higher the ratings, the higher he stands to gain from the reward pool system.
Use case scenario
David doing his masters degree program was told to write on a topic. "WORK LIFE BALANCE." After reading relevant materials on the topic, he met several lecturers in order to gain more idea on the subject matter, the ones he met spoke totally out of context from what he read and It made him more confused.
Imagine, if Tammy teaching platform existed, all he have to do is to go to their home page, select Management among other varieties of course, then tap a button that says "HELP ME", feel a simple form with the necessary question you have in mind, let's say "work life balance".
Krish, a recognise business management lecturer in India who wanted to make some extra bucks for himself since he has the set skills and knowledge to lecture management applied in Tammy (SMT) platform.
Krish deposits Tammy-coin. The probability of Krishna being drawn in the platform to lecture is proportional to the amount of tokens he deposits in the system. This way, inactive lecturers or teachers aren’t selected since they don’t deposit any token to the system.
Selection process
After the automated selection process, if Krish is randomly picked from the pool of other lecturers also in the platform, an email of the form David filled will be sent to him to handle it. A particular day will be scheduled for the lectures and sent to David. After the lectures, if David is satisfied with what he has learned, he will rate Krishna.
