I was passing across the neighborhood close to a swampy area use for planting rice, just looking at a side i saw this machine, looks more like an agricultural machine or tiller, it resembles a powered mower, what it is doing here I don't know, but this is a welder place you know, who knows maybe it came here for repair or something.
If it's truly what I thought it is, agricultural machine, that'll be very sad for me 'cos I know someone somewhere needs it desperately to boost his production.
