Kale is doing amazing! So much growth from such small seeds. Can’t wait till all of my micros grow full. The red cabbage and broccoli behind in the photos need some catching up to do but they will get there. A tip I am giving my self is to start on one kind of seed at a time to get their growing schedules correct, since some microgreens grow faster/slower than other. I encourage anyone to try them out for themselves since they have been a blast to grow!
