Every volcano needs a hero

Sitting at 3000m and contemplating life. When I am at places like this I get recharged and inspired. It is freaking hard to climb mountains but totally worth it every time. Next volcano I will climb - Acatenango in Guatemala. On the top of this volcano you can see a nearby active volcano having small eruptions every hour, only 1,5 km away! 🌋

All below is shot on my iPhone. I catch myself shooting with my phone more and more as the quality is quite decent and it just lets me react faster and capture those epic moments. Also, I don't have a wide angle lens for my camera so I use my phone instead. Do you enjoy shooting with your phone or always opt for your bigger format camera?
