Open Organizations are loose term around the concept of the organization begin totally transparent and providing fair rewards for contributions. This means when you put hard work, all members can recognize it and you get a fair reward. A bit like Steemit.
Check out Colony. A platform to help people start and manage Open Organization backed by a token. In this case Ethereum but it could easily be Smart Media Tokens!
If youβre a member of a colony which makes money, you can claim a
share of the money it makes proportional to the tokens and reputation
you hold.Through the magic of smart contracts, everything happens
automatically. Huzzah! No need to chase accounts for payment!
I will be closely following this space. Let me know what you think in the comments.
