We began with a Tier system. an increase of value return for each cycle. This proved to be too complicated and time consuming on explaining.
Simplification was needed. Terms and conditions will need to be maintained for use of this system faucet.
Abuse of this system will result in a ban and no more tokens issued from the Huckleberrie account.

Changes made:
A reduction in the reward amount.
An increase in the amount of tokens issued each purchase.
1st purchase FREE (limited to a max of 10 tokens.)
Subscription (yearly).
Second purchase will be limited to 20 tokens.
Third purchase will be limited to the maximum reward from the previous trade.
Purchase of HKLBRE will also be limited to once a week when membership grows.
Tokens can be used to purchase Rising Star Game Cards with a 5% discount on out of print cards through the @cardtrader account. (Subject to availability.)
Cards held by @thehive account may also be purchased with HKLBRE (Huckleberrie.)
Tokens can be used to purchase subscription to Lotto ticket run by @silvequest.

At no time can any HIVE sent for the purchase of tokens be used to reclaim tokens on the market.
