Hello hivers, it's another snook challenge hosted by @snook and for this week, I'd be creating my new year Cherub
God, whom I believe in, is my heavenly father and my creator. Also do I believe in the trinity, God -the father, God -the son and God -the Holy spirit.
God -the Holy spirit is always with me wherever I go and at anytime. He's my comforter, my director, my guider, my paraclete,my defender and owns the sweet little voice, my conscience.
When I fall astray or fall from doing the will of God -the father, the paraclete calls me back to order, reminding me of my failed promises which I didn't keep, backslides and lapses.
While I study the word, I get lost trying to understand these spiritual mysteries or going through school books or any material of value which I find difficult to understand, the director comes to me bringing everything to my understanding.
Days when I lack and it seems everything isn't working around me, the provider provides all my needs according to the riches of the father in glory.
In stepping out and coming in, the guider leads my footsteps lest I strike my foot on a stone or fall into the wrong way or path.
He defends me in my presence and in my absence and the presence of my enemies because I have been redeemed of sin through the blood of God -the son which was shed on the cross of calvary that I may have life and life everlasting.
He watches over me while I sleep peacefully like baby and He listens to every tear that I cry.
In pains and confusion, he soothes my heart and heals all brokenness making me whole and in one piece.
Although I don't see Him, but I have the conviction that He never leaves my side and this conviction gives me the confidence of a redeemed.
As a child I was told about it's existence but as I grew, I understood these mysteries, created a bond now I enjoy every privilege of the Holy spirit.
Every privilege and every gift unlocked is as a result of my acceptance, allegiance and loyalty to the trinity which I hold in great esteem.
