Once we have our bit of geography; we can call our country Aswell, with that out of the way our first job is to take control of all information that the chattels receive: from education to any media like movies, music, and which parts of the current events will serve to strengthen our tax farm, all of these areas will be under our ultimate control.
With this control we will be able to fashion behavior and set standards for the chattels in our tax farm. As this first generation reaches the age of maturity they will have learned to reject the behavior of their parents’ generation and will have adopted our standards in their place.
To affect this we shall use compulsory education and electronic media to redefine definitions in vocabulary. Specific words and phrases will be used repetitively in order to create a specific community wide response. The curriculum in the schools will be structured to filter out individual creative impulses in favor of the collective norm. This method of controlling information that young minds have access to will enable us to literally train the first generation to experience pleasure because everyone in their community has adopted this new definition of what is good.
By pitting one group in direct competition with another we will affect a compartmentalizing feature. This can begin by the sixth or seventh year. We will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, grades etcetera where the chattels are separated by age, by sex and especially their capacity to be molded to the tax farm.
These separate groups will be taught a specialized skill set and will, by our intention, be given a limited understanding of other specialized areas which make up the tax farm. This “clique mentality” will enable us to divide the whole into smaller and smaller groups and isolate them while, unknowingly, they will be creating a cohesive whole.
Since this will begin in the first generation, its progeny will be entirely malleable both socially and intellectually by their maturity. It is only when the second generation reaches maturity that we shall have total control of the tax farm.
