The White potato Creeper ( Solanum jasminoides ) is a great evergreen climbing plant with masses of white flowers through the warmer months of the year , and is native to Brazil. It will grow happily in most climates except colder ones. It is fast growing and requires a trellis or some similar support to grow on, where it will provide a great screen for privacy or cover an unsightly wall or garage. For best results, plant it in the full sun. This plant is related to Potatoes, so being in the Solanaceae Family , parts of the plant can be toxic, especially the berries, so don't eat them. This plant was photographed on the Harbourside in Sydney.
