The first was the Solar Observatory was shut down according to the official reports because of the Janitor there downloading and distributing child porn and because that same Janitor called in a serial killer / terrorist attack was imminent on the site. Hence the security response, and the shutting down of lines of communication to stop the spread of that vile material.
