I recently started playing a game called Soulkeep and today I entered the second level. I decided to try new strategies and build towers differently from the first level. I thought the plan would work perfectly but it didn't so I will try again.
I started by building the Fountain of Terror tower which is supposed to do a great job against fiends especially when they are high. Then I decided to add the Slime Lord tower, as it slows down enemy movement, which was very important for me to control the flow of Fiends.
I didn't stop there. I decided to increase the variety, so I also added the Card Sharp tower, known for its fast and effective attacks. I was very excited, and I felt like no one was going to get past me.
When I felt the pressure mounting, I used one of my most powerful spells, Stew of Doom. These spells give the Fiends pause, allowing me to take advantage of the time and hit them with maximum force.
Unfortunately, the Fiends were strangely fast, and although my plan was theoretically sound, they managed to storm the Gate in the end and I was a bit disappointed, but at the same time, the game is exciting, making you want to try again and fix your mistakes.
Al-Muradi, I intend to change the order of the towers. I might start with the Slow Tower first, then add the Attack Tower. I'm also thinking about trying another spell instead of Stew of Doom, or maybe using it at a more appropriate time.
