I've been playing Soulkeep for a while, and anyone who's played it knows how much detail and strategy this game offers! One of the things that appealed to me most was the monster and attack cards, especially two particularly impressive ones: Prickler and Plague Scarab.
Let's start with Prickler. He's a total monster, specializing in single attacks, which means he focuses on a single target and takes it out with extreme force. He has two uses, and his attack range starts at 180 and goes up to 300, which is excellent if you're planning a precise attack and also defense.
He also has a fire interval of 5, meaning there's a short delay between each hit. But the real advantage is the damage and it deals both physical and magical damage at the same time and this is good ranging from 400 to 600 for each type. So what if you have a flying enemy in front of you so Don't worry, Prickler can do that too, as it hits flying targets.
The Plague Scarab, however, is a different story altogether. His attack is logical/area-based, meaning he's most effective when the enemy is in a group. It also has two uses with an explosive range of 95, and a fire interval of 4. What sets him apart is his Poison Damage which ranges from 41.25 to 82.5, lasting for 6.7 to 7.3 seconds. This means that even if the fiend doesn't die in the attack so the poison will continue to attack him.
The great thing about Soulkeep is that you can choose based on your playstyle. Do you prefer direct attacks? Use the Prickler. Do you like to destroy groups and let the enemy be consumed by the poison? The Plague Scarab will be your loyal companion in battle.
