Shamanic Journey to the Akashic Field: Connecting with my Spirit Guides.

Meditation is something I have tried a few times and it always ended with me running to the bathroom to pee. I am not joking here, for some reason doing meditation is hard for me. I think it has something to do with me getting super restless when I try to relax. To be able to connect with my totem animal the snake, I started this journey and the first step was reading and watching as much as I could find about this. While consuming all this I also went on a search to find a way to connect with the spirit animals. Oh yes, meditation because why make things easy right?
So, to be able to connect I have to go on a Journey to the Akashic field!
What do I pack for this journey? Do I bring food and drinks? Oh, great it's meditation! ((insert muttering here)). Reading is always a good thing! And that is what I have been doing all day! What is the Akashic field and how do I get there. Do I want to get there? Will I be screaming bloody murder again after this journey? You see, I like to tell myself that this is NOT for me but why do I do that while my whole being is screaming to find out? I do believe that certain things come into your life when you are ready for them and why else would I be searching for all this if not to find out?

Journeys are my thing!
Gosh, I need to become a better liar! I will be totally honest here and just tell you all now, that I am scared to be pulled out of my state of mind. I have no idea why or how that ever became a thing but for as long as I know, I start to fight the moment I hear the word meditation. But, I am done with that mindset so here we go! Watch me meditate... Well soon!
I found a few guided journey to the field and from all those I picked one! I already listened to the beginning because I like to know what I will get myself into. If I need to lay down or sit, dance or be naked! You know, do I need food for the road or make sure that path to the toilet is free, that kinda stuff. The voice is a male and low, very low and I must say that it did not scare me off. So, time to make a new journey and that means that I am going to close this post and concentrate on drums and hopefully spot one or two spirit animals who can guide me further on the road I am taking!
