I don't know. Why did Moses not circumsise his son's as they left Egypt, but had his wife Zipporah do it to save his life from the destroying angel? I don't know that one either.
Your question is a misdirection from my original question. You quoted Paul circumsizing Timothy as an example of hypocrisy. I gave you a clear answer, that he didn't want to offend the Jews he was ministering to. I then pointed out that Timothy, having known the commands and demands of the Scriptures his whole life never felt obligated to get circumsized until Paul had him do it. So, why did Paul circumsize Timothy and not Titus? Perhaps to avoid what happened to him eventually in Acts 21 where he followed the ceremonial cleansing rituals and paid for his companions prescribed sacrifices, yet the Jews of the city supposed he had brought an uncircumcised man into the temple and had him arrested, despite that not being the case.
