Significance and Effects of a Full Moon

Do you feel a sudden splurge in your energy levels during a full moon period, which would ideally last for 3 days.
1 day before and 1 day after the full moon. A lot of people complaint about high level distress during this period.

So what exactly happens during a full moon?

Every object in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency, when I say every object that means all in the living, non living forms, including the stars, planets. The frequencies emanated from objects around us and from every object in the universe brings in certain impact to us at physical level because of the vibrations that they emanate.

The frequencies of the moon is directly connected with our mental body. In all we have 7 types of bodies besides our physical self. I will not go much in detail but only give out the names and the association of these bodies to our physical and spiritual bodies.

Starting closest to our physical body is the 1st Etheric Body, 2nd Emotional Body, 3rd Mental Body, 4th The Astral Body, 5th The Etheric Template Body, 6th The Celestial Body, 7th The Causal Body.

The 1st 3 Bodies are connected to the physical plane, 5th, 6th and 7th are connected to our Spiritual plane, The Center 4th Body is the bridge between the first 3 and the last 3.

So as we say the frequencies of the moon is directly connected with our Mental Body, it means it is connected with our feelings, thoughts, emotions, desires. We all are aware our mind consists of a Conscious Mind an Sub-conscious Mind.
When it comes to our conscious mind we are completely aware of what is happening there, but our sub-conscious mind is like a storage which carries imprints of all our experiences through lifetimes. That is where we also have reflexes for certain kind of actions and behaviors as our sub-conscious mind is giving triggers. The imprints in our sub-conscious mind acts like a catalyst for all our future thoughts and actions.

The moon frequencies have the ability to surface up these imprints from our sub-conscious mind to our conscious mind during the full moon period, when we experience the frequencies of the moon in its full capacity. Which then directly impacts our mind and one feels heightened activity in the brain based on one's basic instincts.

Its does not mean that one will feel disturbed during these days. Full Moon energies are very powerful and one can bring it to use in their benefit.

Every month the full moon gives you a chance to start fresh, release the old and bring in new.

The October 5th Full Moon also known as the Harvest Moon is one very powerful for manifestations.
People involved in Spiritual and light work should never miss meditating on a full moon and take the advantage of its magnetic forces.

If one feels low and disturbed in the full moon period, it means one needs to do a lot of emotional self release. A lot of unwanted emotions are stored in for the person which is not serving any good. For such people below are few things that they can follow

Drink lots and lots of water
Be quiet as much as possible, talking very minimal need based
Spend time in meditation
Have Head bath, preferably with Himalayan rock-salt
Spend more time in nature
Avoid toxic people

A simple Full moon ritual that one can follow on a full moon to complement with the energies of full moon and for manifestations

On a piece of paper write down all that you wish to clear from your emotional reservoir or a wish that you wish to manifest, put this paper underneath a small glass bowl of water with some sugar in it. Light a T-light candle.
You can make some affirmations, spend some time in silence thinking about your wish and visualizing it turning to reality.
End it with a gratitude to the universe.
After leaving it for the night, you may dispose the water in the plants and burn the paper.

If you are using crystals, you should put them in moonlight for charging, its the best time to energize your crystals.

During the full moon period its very important you keep your thoughts positive and happy and only think of what you want in life.
