But for now... let us take a look at how land has fared over the last week... Conclave Arcana has been stealing all the thunder and spotlight and all that... so there probably isn't much happening on the Land front... but let us go take a look!

Typically we see 1 Land/Day Claimed and Surveyed... but lets see where we are now?
Ok - I see you Praetoria!! Despite Conclave Arcana Presale Launching... Land is doing very well, based on the average I have seen!
Land 1.75 is going STRONG thanks to @cryptomancer being a G and cranking it out!!
We have New Resources and soon we are going to have Midnight Potions and Aura Labs and a use for Research and and AND AND AND!!!!! I am so excited!!!!
But that is for the future - let us go see what is happening in Praetoria... today!
Ok friends, here we are in Praetoria, down in Region 143 Dryae Tor. As we head out into the wilds of Tract 02, we take a brief pit stop to check out the final Plot from the previous report...
Plot 66 was hard at work building a logging camp last time but @l3w1s has listed that Plot for sale!! It is a Common Natural Forest and they have it for $47.00 on the market... the Floor is $15... so that may be there awhile... best of luck though!
As we set off, I am excited to see what Lands were founds and what wonders await! Will there be a Legendary? A Magical Legendary??? Who knows!!
Plot 67 is a very tingly Forest... Nice job @bluestreak240 - you found a Rare Magic [Life] Forest!! That's a great find buddy, congrats!!
Plot 68 is... what sorcery is this... @bluestreak240 with another Rare Forest... but this one is a Rare Natty Forest... but still back to back Rare Forests... ok!
Plot 69 (nice) is also bluestreak240 but they broke their streak 😞 this is just a plain Jane... regular ol' Common Natty Forest. Damn... terrible luck for the best Plot in the Tract lol!
Plot 70 is a Rare Natural Bog - out of nowhere??? Nice work bluestreak240!
Plot 71 is a contradiction in terms... @likachu has found a Common Magic [Fire] Forest... THEY FOUND A MAGICAL FOREST FIRE?!?!
Plot 72 is @jef-001 with a Common Natty Forest! Not quite as cool as a Magical Forest Fire... but pretty cool nonetheless!
Plot 73 is more Common Natty Forest by jef-001, I see your Wood getting bigger... lmao jk jk
Plot 74 is @jmsxplace with a Common Natty Forest and a... SHARD MINE???? pulling .2 SPS per hour... Not exactly what I expected to see out here... but hey, that's the beauty of this game!
Plot 75 is @magicsmurf and it's roped off... nothing to see here... move along... still Unsurveyed...
Plot 76 is @jron with a Rare Natural Forest! Nice work jron, these trees are of good hardy stock!
Plot 77 is jron back again and this time they found a Common Natty Forest!
Plot 78 is jron... I think... but with all the dense vegetation it's hard to tell... oh... I see... jron has found a Rare Natural Jungle... nice work!
Plot 79 is WHAT THE HELL... DID I TAKE SHROOMS OR SOMETHING?!??! @loki3333 has found another Common Magic [Fire] Forest... yes... TWO MAGICAL FOREST FIRES!!!!
Nice work everyone and congratulations on those finds!! I can't wait to see how they develop and what is next for us!

Midnight Potions = Trend Reversal!! Markets go UP!!!
Grain is still tenaciously hanging on to it's price but it did fall another 1.5% this week to trade at 1 DEC for juuuuust shy of 111 Grain... but things may be turning around... because DEC is now near Peg... CA is in the Pre Release... and Midnight Potions are going to soak up Resources and Research!! As I've said... anything can happen!
My personal focus is still on Grain Production... but who knows if that will pay off!!
Wood puts up a massive week over week gain of 43%!!!! The price of Wood is now 33.214 Wood per DEC and I'm guessing Midnight Potions are the reason!
PP Based Pricing Metrics are 4:1 Grain:Wood so if we measured prices with our PP's then Wood should be trading at roughly 4 x 9.008 DEC or 36.032 DEC per Kilo, so Wood seems to be about 20% undervalued trading at 30.108 DEC/Kilo!
The Price of Stone increased this 17% week - again, I'm guessing it is based on the Midnight Potions announcement... Stone skipped up to 9.645 Stone per DEC and who knows what next week will bring!
PP Based Metrics are 10:1 Grain:Stone so a PP based price would have Stone priced at 90.08 so Stone at 104.52 DEC per Kilo means we may see it cool off a bit this week... but this is all just guess work anyways lol

Iron prices also pumped 17% this week!! Typically, Iron has the most muted swing and I'm not sure what is the cause of suppressed swing percentages... but probably due to having less Iron than others due to difficulty mining it... This week Iron rose to 3.12 Iron per DEC!
Does this continue next week?? Does it fall 20%??? WHO KNOWS!!!! But WHEEEEEEE!
Keep in mind Iron is the hardest Resource to acquire, requiring a LOT of effort to extract it. Grain has a .02PP Requirement whereas Iron is .0005 or 40X harder to Mine! Will this transfer a premium to Iron? Who knows! We're just over a week in and this is EXCITING!!
PP Based Price Metrics put Iron at 40:1 Grain:Iron so that would mean if Grain:DEC is trading at 9.008 DEC Kilo of Grain, then Iron should be 360.32 DEC per Kilo or so but all bets are off at this point!
It is currently 320.564 DEC per Kilo so that seems like a decent buy price!
Hey look! They got their own section!! This is a simple breakout highlighting whether or not a Resource is trading Over/Under their PP Based Price. Perhaps it will act as a Market Indicator to let us know if a resource is Under/Overvalued at present????
Here's another handy dandy chart - I think aggroed and others are posting something super similar to this as well so I love having more than one person looking at this data!
At the end of the day, the Market will Market... but at least we have some people who are actively tracking an analyzing the data!
