Good morning SplinterFarmers!!! It's time for another Daily SplinterLAND 1.75 Resource Snapshot!!
Hey everyone... so I didn't post this yesterday and was going to do the Land Update... but my Laptop decided to act dumb and I had to do a Restore... but my Keychain files corrupted and I have only managed to recover 3 of my 5 accounts 😱
I'm still working on recovering Splintermart and Llama-Kron but life is really kicking my ass at the moment.
Anyways - lots of stress... but I'm making it. I'll write up the Land Update soon. Here's the Resource Tracker Update for the 3/27/25...

NEW 3/27/25 - I added a few cells to track the price of DEC:$USD to see how that is faring compared to resource prices. A surge in DEC price will probably equate to Resources trading lower against it, at least temporarily.
Resource prices continue their downward trend this morning as Praetoria shifts their PP around to try and optimize their output post Land 1.75!
Cryptomancer has pushed the Runi update so they don't require a 3 day cooldown any more!
It may be hard to believe but we are over a week into the launch of the major Land Update so lets take a look at how that is playing out:
Grain fell further from the 1 DEC = 50 Grain high to 1 DEC = 95 Grain amount with about a 5% decline over the past two days. There is no telling where this will settle but I can tell you Grain Plots are still in extremely high demand with Rare Grain Plots busting through the $30/Plot wall set by @wolf-sl 🐺
The Base PP Pricing Metric for 3/27/25 is 1,000 Grain = 10.424 DEC
Wood prices have been all over the place, alternating spikes with Stone prices - this probably has to do with Harvest Cycles of the larger accounts.
PP Based Pricing Metrics are 4:1 Grain:Wood so if we measured prices with our PP's then Wood should be trading at roughly 4 x 10.424 DEC or 41.696 DEC per Kilo, so Wood seems to be pretty undervalued at the moment!
Prices have fallen across the market over the previous 48h. Currently Stone is trading at 208.147 DEC per Kilo but who knows what tomorrow will bring lol
PP Based Metrics are 10:1 Grain:Stone so a PP based price would have Stone priced at 104.24?!? Unless I am missing something... which is quite possible... Stone is currently dangerously overvalued at these prices based on Grain PP Metrics...
This is certain not financial advice as we are talking about the economies of a video game but hey, here's the data, I hope it helps 🤷♂
Iron prices also continued to drop over the last two days to 402.163 DEC per Kilo as we attempt to find a bottom here in the Praetorian ComEx.
Keep in mind Iron is the hardest Resource to acquire, requiring a LOT of effort to extract it. Grain has a .02PP Requirement whereas Iron is .0005PP or 40X harder to Mine!
Will this transfer a premium to Iron? Who knows! We're a week in and this is EXCITING!!
PP Based Price Metrics put Iron at 40:1 Grain:Iron so that would mean if Grain:DEC is trading at 10.424 DEC Kilo if Grain, then Iron should be 416.96 DEC per Kilo or so and we are just under that so the PP Pricing for Iron seems to be fairly accurate as of now!
Hey look! They got their own section!! This is a simple breakout highlighting whether or not a Resource is trading Over/Under their PP Based Price. Perhaps it will act as a Market Indicator to let us know if a resource is Under/Overvalued at present????
Here's another handy dandy chart - I think @aggroed and others are posting something super similar to this as well so I love having more than one person looking at this data!
At the end of the day, the Market will Market... but at least we have some people who are actively tracking an analyzing the data!
I hope this helps people visualize what the prices of these resources are doing post Land 1.75 Release!!
