If you haven't seen it - Crypto markets took a pretty noice move upwards this week and I am hoping to see that translate to Splinterlands... especially with Yaba's Pickle coming to town!!

Even with that excitement looming on the Horizon... Kelan Gaines losing his spot in the Exclusive Store (see what I did there)... Conclave Arcana Black Foil cards, Conflicts, Midnight Potions... Land is still trucking along!!! In fact... it's quietly picking up steam! Because... we're running out.
Remember - Land is finite!! Every Plot Claimed and Surveyed brings us 1 Plot Closer to DONE...
We are in Tract 4 of Region 143/150!!! That means at Most there are 6 Regions, 5 Tracts and 56 Plots left...
That's only 6,556/150,000 Plots... if they were all INDIVIDUAL...
But we know there's a Region for sale...

Now, I know this week I am a day early but Wednesdays are my day off and I was looking forward to this!!! However, in Six days... we've seen Seven Plots Claimed and Surveyed!! I am excited to dive into them today and see what got pulled!

Plot 39 is next up and it is a Common Natural Swamp that was Claimed and Surveyed by @mgm24 - congrats on your Land and welcome to Dryae Tor!! It's dormant for the moment but we'll check back at some point to see how it develops!

Making some MOVES!! My plan is to keep improving that and growing my Active Plots!! I am currently filling up another plot and hope to have that fully up and running by the end of this week!!

The release of Conclave Arcana and Midnight Potions gave these resources a "Use-Case" and thus the demand for them was IMMENSE during the Pre-Sale and Pack Opening! Things are cooling off for now... but with the promo for Yaba's Pickle right around the corner... WHO KNOWS what will happen to Resource and Midnight Potion prices!!
Grain rose by the tiniest of margins to 126.5 Grain/DEC or 7.902 DEC per Kilo of Grain... but with the massive Grain shortfalls across Praetoria, I expect this to turn around... at some point... while it is still better than the 168 Grain/DEC ATL, I hope to see it back < 100 Grain/DEC but who knows how long that will be... if ever... but I am sticking to my Guns... errr... Threshers???!
My personal focus is still on Grain Production... with a small amount of additional raw material as well... but who knows if that strategy will pay off!!
Wood sprung back up around 10% against DEC to 40 Wood per DEC and is now trading at roughly 20% less than what it "should" be, when compared to the PP Based Metrics...
PP Based Pricing Metrics are 4:1 Grain:Wood so if we measured prices with our PP's then Wood should be trading at roughly 4 x 7.902 DEC or 31.608 DEC per Kilo so Wood could be a Good buy right now if you need some!
tumbled again and took another large drop in price over the past week.
PP Based Metrics are 10:1 Grain:Stone so a PP based price would have Stone priced at 7.902 so Stone at 114.070 DEC per Kilo means we appear to still be in "overbought" territory but only by 50% as this correction continues... but this is all just guess work anyways and is certainly not financial advice as I am literally tracking the economies of a VIDEO GAME but hey, here's the data, I hope it helps someone 🤷♂

Iron prices dipped again, dropping another 2.56% against DEC but keep in mind Iron is the hardest Resource to acquire, requiring a LOT of effort to extract it. Grain has a .02PP Requirement whereas Iron is .0005 or 40X harder to Mine! Will this transfer a premium to Iron? Who knows! But I'll be keeping my eyes on it!!
PP Based Price Metrics put Iron at 40:1 Grain:Iron so that would mean if Grain:DEC is trading at 7.902 DEC per Kilo of Grain, then Iron should be 316.08 DEC per Kilo or so but it is still about 20% below the PP Price and is currently just over 248 DEC per Kilo.

Hey look! They got their own section!! This is a simple breakout highlighting whether or not a Resource is trading Over/Under their PP Based Price. Perhaps it will act as a Market Indicator to let us know if a resource is Under/Overvalued at present????
Here's another handy dandy chart - I think aggroed and others are posting something super similar to this as well so I love having more than one person looking at this data!
