Guess what time it is!! It's time for my WEEKLY LAND UPDATE!!!
Again - I am running behind and don't have a ton of time... but I did a peek yesterday and unfortunately... with Conclave Arcana Conflicts right around the corner... there isn't much happening...
THAT'S OK THOUGH - THE WEEKLY LAND REPORT MUST GO ON!!!
So let's get to it!!
Last week we only saw a SINGLE Plot Claimed and Surveyed... how many this week???
That's ok - it's to be expected with the BLACK HOLE that is Conclave Conflicts... however - let's take a bit to look at the overall picture for Land during this lull!
We are in Region 143/150 - and as I said before that means we have less than 5% of Praetoria left to explore!!
Very little volume over the last 24 hours and I expect this trend to continue as we proceed into CONFLICTS!!!
Anyways - with nothing to scout this week... let's go on over to the team at our Praetorian Real Estate Desk and see what they have for us...

My Land Production has suffered almost a 25% Reduction in Production due to the Black Foil Army #BlackFoilArmy getting recalled for Conflict Duties...
My first goal is WAS to hit the 200 DEC/hr Mark but that's going to take a LOT more time and investment - especially with the BFA marching off to war!!
I'll just keep on farming though!!
Ok - make sure you check out that site and trust me when I say... there is a LOT of available data there!! Off we go to the Resource Snapshot now!!
The release of Conclave Arcana and now the Conflicts starting on 7/16/25 have really drawn the energy out of the Land System... however... Due to Wagon Kits and Midnight Potions requiring lots of Resources... The Resource Market is heating up!!

Grain and all resources made gains this week due to the new Resource Demands for the Wagon Kits and increase need for Midnight Potions...
Grain rose the least, due to the massive surplus we have... Rising just 1.11% this week to trade at 123.498 Grain per DEC...
I'm excited to see that Resource Prices are turning around and I hope to see this continue, at least for awhile...
My personal focus is still on Grain Production... with a small amount of the other raw materials as well... but who knows if that strategy will pay off!!
The biggest issue with this strategy is that at current consumption levels, we have about two years of Grain Surplus... which will keep prices relatively low until we burn through it... then who knows...
Everything rose this week - Wood, Iron, Stone... but Wood picked up a little over nine and a half percent!
Wood climbed 9.54% to trade at 41.005 Wood per DEC.
Everything rose this week - Wood, Iron, Stone, Everything... but Stone is still showing that it is an extremely high demand resource because it shot up over 20% this week!!
Stone rose just over 20.75% to trade at 8.282 Stone per DEC!
Everything rose this week - Wood, Iron, Stone, Everything... Even Iron moved up almost 10% this week!
At this moment Iron has risen to trade at 4.019 Iron per DEC.

Hey look! They got their own section!! This is a simple breakout highlighting whether or not a Resource is trading Over/Under their PP Based Price. Perhaps it will act as a Market Indicator to let us know if a resource is Under/Overvalued at present????
