Honestly ive tried to get it at least to lvl 4 because he has limited utility, but he is useful nonetheless, as youve mentioned ive used him on the earthquake ruleset and 99 mana ruleset as a filler and he does come trough sometimes, flying makes him able to hit other flying units. name @invictex
