The first battle was against a Yodin Zaku. This is a tough card to defeat due to its blast ability, +1 ranged, and +1 health to all splinters.
The match type was a Sneak/Enrage ruleset with a mana of 28.
I have lost against this type of (Yodin) setup many times in the past. The only thing that really saved me was the opportunity and blast that I had set on my team. Blast vs Blast seems to be an effective battle strategy against a Zaku. Especially, when there is an enraged ruleset. Seemed logical to use that blast to my advantage and overcome him with my own blast cards since it was a opportunity round. With opportunity attacking the weakest links on the enemy team and the blast, I could likely take him out from the end or middle which is pretty much what happened.
Great battle nonetheless and thought that it was worth sharing.
My second battle that I thought was worth sharing using Tarsa... My battle with a Byzantine Kitty.
Byzantine Kitty is a tough summoner to cross paths with due to the speed, tank heal, and the never miss abilities.
The match type was a Target Practice (Snipe), Equalizer (Highest Health), with a mana cap of 99.
This could have been one of the worst types of matches to come across due to the tank heal. Luckily, for me, I had managed to overcome this opponent with a tactful play using mana cards whose heath was originally 1. The other summoner used a Dark Ha'On which boosted all of my splinter's health to 14. It was still a very interesting battle. Click the link to watch.
Great Battle Huh!?
Usually, these two opponents are very scary to come across on the battlefield. They literally came one after the other and I defeated them both. It is not often that I beat these two summoners when I come across them. And even less when they are back to back. I would like to send each of these two players some SBT in remembrance of these battles. Also, I hope these strategies I have used will help players to achieve possible win strategies against these summoners. They are tough, but, these placements seemed to work great against the two tough opponents with the rulesets and mana caps that were allowed.
Thank you! Have a great week!
I hope you enjoyed watching my fights!
See you on the battlefield.
