Deeplurker has a face that only a mother could love, but stats and abilities that every Splinterlands player knows and loves.

Here's the ruleset
Lineup:
Summoner: Kelya Frendul
Kelya wears a Splinterlands bag
and this is a marketing opportunity.
Speed and armor have been a great combination. I frequently turn to Kelya for the Explosive Weaponry ruleset which pairs great with speed and for times that I'm not expecting a lot of magic attacks to get under my armor.
Tank: Sea Monster
This is a great tank with high life and self healing. The fact that it does a lot of damage is great too. Self healing can be especially important for things like the Noxious Fumes ruleset in this battle.
First position (backup tank): Deeplurker
The Deeplurker does a lot of damage to the weakest member of your opponent's lineup with the Opportunity ability. This was probably better illustrated with my opponent's Deeplurker than my own. The fact that we both included Deeplurker for this battle speaks to it's general power level.
Second position: River Nymph
This is another creature that you find on both sides of the battlefield. The Cleanse ability is critical with the Noxious Fumes ruleset. You should expect to face the water or fire splinter most often when Noxious Fumes are involved because they feature River Nymph and Scavo Chemist.
Did my strategy work?
No. I got beat pretty handily. My opponent was able to take out my River Nymph before it could even cleanse my tank with the combination of Deeplurker and their snipers.
What will I try differently next time?
Something that I struggle with is putting extra emphasis on whatever my daily quest includes. I plugged a Sand Worm into my lineup where it was a pretty good choice but might not have been the best choice. Next time I probably won't do anything differently, but I think it's important to be aware of my bias.
Do I like Deeplurker?
Yes, Deeplurker is awesome! This card has been a regular part of my water splinter lineups since the release of Chaos Legion. That is especially important as the water splinter is my second favorite behind dragons. I typically pair dragons with the water splinter also.
