The strategy
The battle was a 99 mana, Armored Up and Earthquake. My opponent didn't seem to use magic, and the extra armor would give me a plus turn for the non-flying creatures. This was a great battle to use the Sea Genie and the Venari Wavesmith, for you know, … extra, extra armor. Get the Ice Pixie for another magic attack, and we would be doing 4 magic damage per turn, and both of them were flying. Get the Disintegrator to lower the melee damage, a beefy tank and the Deeplurker to get some damage to the back of the line.
Esta pelea fue de 99 de mana, Armored Up y Earthquake. Mi oponente no parecía usar magia, y la armadura extra me daría una ventaja para las criaturas no voladoras. Fue una gran batalla para utilizar al Sea Genie y al Venari Wavesmith, para... extra, extra armadura. Usando el Ice Pixie para otro ataque mágico y ya estaríamos haciendo 4 daños mágicos por turno, y dos de ellos vuelan. Con el Disintegrator para disminuir el ataque melee, un tanque resistente y el Deeplurker para hacer algo de daño en la parte trasera de la línea.

As I thought, there were practically no magic attacks, he used some extra armor. However, most of my attacks were under it. That gave me a great advantage.
Even though for Round 2 my tank got killed, every remaining attacker had too little life to withstand 4 magic damage per turn. And there were no other melee attackers, so the Disintegrator was a great fodder. And by Round 5 the Earthquake did most of the damage, leaving me to get a couple of damages to call it a victory.
Como lo había previsto, no había ataques mágicos y utilizó también armadura extra. Sin embargo, la mayoría de mis ataques pasaban por debajo de la armadura. Lo que me dió una gran ventaja.
Aunque para la ronda 2 ya mi tanque había sucumbido, todos los atacantes restantes tenían muy poca vida como para soportar 4 daños mágicos por turno. Además de que ya no había más atacantes melee, así que el Disintegrator fungió como una excelente carne de cañón. Para la ronda 5 el Earthquake había hecho casi todo el daño, dejándome hacer solo un par de daños para lograr la victoria.
The thoughts
I really enjoy the 99 mana battles, because the combinations you can make are endless. And paired with some interesting rule sets the challenge and excitement go through the roof.
I haven't noticed that there are not much water flying cards. Which sort of makes sense, but still. It's probably not a common Summoner to use when playing with Earthquake.
Most of the time when I play with the water summoner, I do use the Deeplurker. It has got some great melee damage and life combination. And with the extra armor and speed from Kelya it is a formidable foe.
Realmente disfruto las peleas de 99 de maná, porque las combinaciones que puedes hacer son infinitas. Además junto con reglas interesantes el desafío y emoción suben como espuma.
No había notado que no hay muchas cartas voladoras de agua. Que hace algo de sentido, de cualquier forma. Es probablemente poco común usar este Summoner cuando se juega con Earthquake.
La mayoría de las veces que juego con el summoner de agua, si utilizo al Deeplurker. Tiene una combinación de ataque melee y vida muy buenos. Además de la armadura y velocidad extra que le da Kelya que lo hacen un oponente formidable.
