This week's Splinterlands Challenge of the Week was to showcase the Equalizer rule set
In this post I'm going to share an example of a battle where I got beat by someone playing the Life Splinter, basically because of cleanse which totally neutralised Mimosa's Universal Affliction.
I'm painfully aware that cleanse is Mimosa's nemesis, frankly I'm amazed it's taken so long to come up against anyone that's used it!
The battle below shows how effective cleanse can be in an Equalizer ruleset when you play cleanse against Mimosa!
The Rule Set and Line Up
You'll notice how my opponent effectively only plays one damage sneak attack with poison, but combined with healing (and cleanse) and repair it's enough to prevent my doing any damage while I gradually get destroyed from the back!
Annoying, but every Splinter/ summoner has their weakness at the end of the day!
