I bought what I intended to during Phase 1. I knew I was not gong to be able to spend a large amount despite the Card looking like it would be very useful under some Rulesets. Phase 2 and 3 happen in the form of a raffle. Each day there will be one Gold Foil Arcane Card distributed across Raffle Ticked entries.

These Raffle Ticket can be crafted by players and have them sold in the Market. This is another part of @splinterlands being a pioneer in Web 3. The company only gains 50% of the DEC spent. Various parts of the game economy and player activity ends up determining prices and this demand and engagement can be used to make estimates on future market performances.
