The New England Patriots are an American Football team they are part of the NFL (National Football League). The Patriots were founded in 1960 and have won 6 Super Bowls, under head coach Bill Belichick. The Patriots are known for the many playoff appearances and Super Bowls they have been to and won. Tom Brady and the New England Patriots have now lost one the most dominant tight ends in NFL history due to retirement. Rob Gronkowski was known for his spikes, dances, and his many antics on the field; during his career Gronkowski amassed over 7,800 receiving yards, caught 521 passes, and scored 79 touchdowns. Unfortunately Gronkowski had to deal with a lot of injuries over the past 2 years and wasn’t as dominant as he was in his prime, which ultimately forced him to retire after 9 NFL seasons. Will the Patriots be affected by this? I don’t think they will because Tom Brady will be back and they still have a good offense that can score at any time; they have arguably the best coach in NFL history, and one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history. Tom Brady his definitely going to miss his favorite target as they have connected a lot of the past 9 seasons. The question is now will the Patriots make the trip to Miami for Super Bowl 54?
