In preparations for the Italian Grand Prix holding on Sunday, Pramac Ducati, the MotoGP outfit has launched a special Lamborghini livery to be made use of in the race.
Lamborghini, the Luxury sports car brand has its connections to Ducati via the Audi Group owners. Earlier this year in March saw Pramac, Ducati's satellite team hold its bike launch for the year at the Bologna factory of Lamborghini, an event which had Stefano Domenicali, the CEO of Lamborghini in attendance.
The race day in Mugello will see the two Pramac bikes adorn the colors of the Lamborghini, thus swapping to a yellow and black paint job from their usual red, blue and white colors.
All team personnel, riders inclusive, will adorn yellow and black while the Lamborghini branding will be imprinted on both bikes.
For rider Danilo Petrucci, Pramac will be fielding a Ducati Desmosedici GP18 whilst Jack Miller will go with a year-old GP17 for the grand prix.
2018 has seen the duo with very strong starts, as they have gone on to finish in the points for every race. This has seen Pramac trail behind at third position just behind Honda and Yamaha teams.
On the grid, Petrucci will start out the Sunday’s Mugello race at 5th place while we will see Miller begin at 11th.
