The only question I have about this is the probability of getting duplicate cards. Generally speaking, I'd prefer to get 25 different cards than have the chance of some duplicates by buying 5 packs of 5 cards. I don't know if the original intent was for the 25-card packs to all be different cards or not, but in that regard, 25-card packs would be more appealing to me if I"m trying to build out a deck. With that said, it probably won't be hard to get singles on the open market to fill in any gaps, so it's likely not a big deal.
